You can cancel your order before it is shipped. Once the order is shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

2. Refund Policy
2.1 Refund Eligibility:
- Refunds are eligible for products that are returned in their original, unused, and unopened condition, with all original packaging, labels, and tags intact.
- Perishable goods, including organic food items, are not eligible for refunds unless they are defective or damaged upon receipt.
2.2 How to Request a Refund:
- To initiate a refund, please contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, reason for the return, and, if applicable, photographic evidence of the damaged or defective product.
2.3 Refund Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 7-10 business days.

3. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for paying their own shipping costs for returning items. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
